If you are purchasing the products as a reseller, please read the important information below to obtain a refund of the sales tax collected:
1.) To start the process, please send an email to info@orcapacific.com with the following information and document:
- Acceptable reseller document(s) based on your state/territory and entity type, please refer to the Certificates Required by State for Exemption or Tax Refund.
- Name associated with the order and order#
- The specific product that you are requesting a refund for
- Name your Email subject line to, “Sales Tax Refund Request”
2.) Some exemptions from specific states or U.S. territories are only issued by their respective taxing authorities. If this applies to you, you will also be required to send us your exemption certificate. We will review your request and notify you to confirm whether we accepted your refund request or to request additional information.
3.) The document you sent must match the name or the address associated with your order for successful validation.
